Structura Begins Construction on Culebra Retail Phase II

 
SAN ANTONIO, Texas, – Structura Inc., in partnership with Elevate Architecture, is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Culebra Retail Phase II, a new 10,000-square-foot tilt-wall retail center located in the heart of the Alamo Ranch community.
 
The development is designed to support the area's continued growth and will include retail space with infrastructure to accommodate a future restaurant tenant. The building will feature a modern exterior design incorporating stone veneer, metal wall panels, and stucco finishes, creating a distinctive addition to the Culebra Road corridor.
 
To commemorate the milestone, Structura will host a ceremonial groundbreaking on July 23, 2026, at 11639 Culebra Road in San Antonio, marking the official start of construction. The event will feature opening remarks from Armando Aguilar, South Texas Regional Leader for Structura.
 
Culebra Retail Phase II is scheduled for completion in March 2027 and will further enhance the retail offerings available to residents and businesses in one of San Antonio's fastest-growing communities.
