2026 Ribbon Cutting: Monterrey Metal Recycling Solutions

Metro SA Chamber Members: It's Time to Put Your Commitment to Sustainability into Action!

Did you know that more than 60 billion aluminum cans are thrown away in the United States each year instead of being recycled? That's billions of cans made from a finite natural resource that could be recycled again and again.
Our business community has an opportunity to help change that!

In celebration of San Antonio Recycles Day (November 8) and Texas Recycles Day (November 15), Monterrey Metal Recycling Solutions (MMRS) invites Metro SA Chamber members to participate in the citywide WE CAN CHALLENGE, November 8–14!

The challenge is simple: Commit to collecting and recycling aluminum cans in your break rooms, offices and company vehicles.

MMRS is making it easy to participate! The first 20 businesses to sign up will receive complimentary recycling bins, delivered and picked up by MMRS.
Together, we can turn everyday habits into lasting change, support the circular economy, and help protect the San Antonio we all know and love.

Take the WE CAN CHALLENGE! Sign up today by emailing WeCanChallenge@MonterreyMetalRecycling.com.

We invite participating companies and members to join us for the We Can Challenge kickoff at our offices, 12930 Country Parkway, on Thursday, November 5 at 10 a.m.
