Grab your friends and enjoy the flavors of the Texas Hill Country with an evening of exquisite cuisine paired with unique brews at Antlers Lodge, Wednesday, July 20th. Chef Armando Diaz, Chef de Cuisine at Antlers Lodge, is joining the San Antonio-based brewery, Freetail, to present a five-course dinner with beer pairings. The menu features a wide-range of Texas flavors, including Gulf Seafood Terrine, Heirloom Tomato, Corned Pork Jowl, fresh Cobia with antelope jerky and Dorper Lamb Loin, giving diners the opportunity to experience a bevy of Texas’ natural bounty alongside the bold flavors of Freetail’s handcrafted beers.
Chef Diaz and a representative from Freetail will discuss each course and its pairing, walking guests through the selections. A meet and greet will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. The dinner is $65 per person. Tax and 18 percent gratuity are not included in the dinner pricing.
