Introduction to Forensic Accounting: The Story Behind The Numbers
Forensic Accounting combines accounting and auditing skills with investigative procedures, typically requested in litigation and financial fraud investigations. With the continued increase in white-collar crime and business-related disputes, the need for a forensic accountant’s assistance in these matters has also increased accordingly. This presentation will address the role, procedures, and expertise a forensic accountant typically brings to a legal team and client in a litigation support role or financial fraud investigation.
