About Us
Black Lab Solutions is a San Antonio-managed IT partner providing proactive IT management, cybersecurity, and cloud services for small and mid-sized businesses across San Antonio and Central Texas. We work with companies that have no internal IT at all, and alongside internal IT staff, who need more depth behind them.
We started as the internal IT department behind three Texas care companies, managing 400+ workstations and 40+ servers, and became our own company in November 2025. The company is new, but our leadership brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and regulated-industry IT.
Our services include managed IT and help desk, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and cloud, backup and disaster recovery, HIPAA and Texas HB300 compliance, co-managed IT, and automation. We specialize in healthcare, dental, medical practices, law firms, construction, manufacturing, and professional services.
